According to the donor, Randy Mitchell; “My grandparents moved to Banff when Bankhead closed down. They had a backyard rental cabin [and] Harvey stayed there when painting in the Banff area. R. L. Harvey, who was a companion of A. C. Leighton, accompanied him on trips into the mountains to sketch and paint.”
