Banff Springs Giclée
Peter Whyte and Catharine Robb Whyte were Banff artists whose love of the outdoors, visits to various mountain locations and their proximity to spectacular vistas provided an endless array of subjects to paint. Their paintings captured the beauty of the region, and the rapidly changing light and weather conditions of the Canadian Rockies.
Situated on the banks of the Bow River in downtown Banff, the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies showcases many of Peter and Catharine’s original paintings alongside work of other accomplished artists.
